Salon & Spa Policies
We strive to exceed your expectaions and give you the best possible experience. In order to assure all of our guests recieve this experience we ask that a few policies be observed.
Cancellation/Booking
A 24 hour notice for cancelled appointments allows us to fill your space on the appointment book. Please be responsible for the time you schedule. More than 3 missed appointments may result in refusal of service. It is important that everyone’s time is valued.
Checks
Due to increasing costs incurred by the business from returned checks, we no longer accept checks . If it is the only form of payment you have, please be advised there is a $40 fee for returned items.
Children
Please understand that the Salon and Spa are considered a retreat for many parents, and unattended children can be very disruptive to the environment. We ask that children under 12 be accompanied by an adult for thier scheduled appointments. Please do not bring children to your appointment as there are many hazardous materials and dangerous tools around the facility.
Discounts
We are always looking for innovative ways to keep more of your hard earned money in your pocket. Although we have several money saving discounts available to our guests, we allow only one discount to be used per guest, per visit. Referral Certificates are only valid on services totalling $25 or more.
